Also you can help your skin (your biggest organ) with some extra natural   tips to clean, recover and hydrate. It is important for everybody to feel good, to look good. For this I prepared few tips for you below. Also important to clean your house, you surroundings with natural products, so let us see how we can do this. 
The two things that are very much seal the deal for me:
1. The level of ease…how easy it is to prepare them 
2. The cost...how much it costs to prepare them
Not only are these tips easy to make but you can find all of the ingredients at your local grocery store, or you already have them lying around the kitchen.

Put Coconut Oil on your face and body before entering the shower. It will clean your skin and your skin will feel softer and more flexible after. 

Apply Avocado Cream on your face and all over your body every day when you feel your skin needs more hydrating. After you apply the avocado cream all over, wait a little bit, till it gets dry and then take a shower using always natural shower gel or soap. Your skin will be beautifully nourished for the next 2-3 days or longer.

Your home represents you, you life. If it is clean and net, your whole life runs better. 
So it is important to keep everything in order and have a clean home. But you do not want to do it with lots of artificial chemicals, but natural cleaning products. 

A great way to clean you hardwood floors is to boil water and add two teabags into it. This is a great substance to clean your hardwood floors. They will shine and represent clean, shining energy in your life.

All animals are important but bees are the most important of all. Humanity exists on Earth until Bees exists. So love them, take care of them, but outside of your home. You wanna keep them away from your home in a nice, gentle way. 

Use lemon with cloves to keep wasps and bees away this summer. Put about 10 cloves in 1/2 a lemon and set out. They do not like the scent.

Easy, fast, natural! 

All you need is:
  • 1/2 cup of ground coffee
  • 1 tablespoon of white sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of glycerin 
  • 2 teaspoons of Vitamin E oil 
Mix them very well. 
The toxins in your body play a huge part in how severe your cellulite looks. You need the caffeine and antioxidants found in coffee to clean out the free radicals, stimulate blood flow and meanwhile improve circulation.   • mix all your ingredients in a bowl
  • stir your ingredients until evenly combined
  • use your hands, apply the scrub only to the areas you have cellulite
  • scrub your skin as hard as you can for 5 minutes and do not rinse off
  • using plastic wrap, wrap the areas you have applied the scrub
  • leave those parts wrapped up for 10-15 minutes
  • after your 10-15 minutes are up, remove plastic wrap and rinse off but do not use soap!

Summer is here, all around us. Human body is made up of about 55-60 % water. The brain for example even more, 82 % water. To keep your metabolism and all the body processes going healthy, water is essential. It is very important to stay hydrated all day long. Otherwise you feel hungry and will eat empty calories that will add up to the storage of body fats.
If you like tastes ( and who doesn't?? Right?) you will like the idea of WATER INFUSION!!! Even if you have a desire for sodas or alcoholic drinks, this is a solution for you not to desire them.
2) What is a WATER INFUSION?
If you are not totally satisfied with the taste of water, you will love water Infusion. Water will taste better while having also health benefits. Water infusions are fun to make and they are refreshing, healthy alternatives to alcoholic drinks and any soda. For sure it makes a huge difference, what you eat. To answer the first question, is really up to you. Power foods are full of vitamins, minerals, nutrients and they boost up your immune system, vibration, cure illnesses and help to get the perfect shape and health. 


Berries are extremely beneficial. They are full of vitamins, antioxidants, important minerals. Berries decrease heart attack risks because they have high content of flavonoids. Even though berries  count as fruit, they have low calories and are high in fiber. So berries are also very good against diabetes as they do not spike up the blood sugar level like the other fruits. 

Kale is full of with beta-carotene, which is an antioxidant. Antioxidants help to neutralize free radicals and prevent molecules from oxidizing. Kale gives you a healthier skin as beta-carotene is a precursor for the production of vitamin A, which is a very important vitamin for your skin, immune system and vision. 
Kale contains lots of calcium, more than any milk does. Calcium is so essential in preventing bone loss, osteoporosis and helps maintain a great working metabolism. 
Kale contains also chlorophyll. And also an interesting factor that it also aids in absorbing the odor of garlic. We do not really like to juice garlic due to its smell and after odor. But if you wrap parsley or kale around the garlic clove and then put it into the juicer, the chlorophyll absorbs the odor of the garlic.

3. Watercress
Watercress is a wonderful detoxifying veggie. Watercress is full of  antioxidants that can really reduce DNA damage to blood cells. DNA damage to blood cells is a serious and important factor to take into consideration as it can increase the development of cancer.
Watercress can also reduce triglyceride levels in the blood and by this people can avoid heart diseases and stroke.
Watercress also contains other antioxidants like lutein and beta-carotene, which are important in maintaining healthy eye-sight and decreasing risks of cataracts as well as macular degeneration.
4.   Raw Almonds
Almonds are full of vitamin E. A handful of almonds gives you the recommended daily consumption of almonds.

Almonds are rich in monounsaturated fats, which fats can decreased risk of heart disease.

Almonds contain magnesium also. Magnesium increases blood flow in the body.

Almonds also contain potassium. Potassium is essential as it is involved in nerve transmission, muscle contraction, regulating blood pressure as well as healthy heart function.
5. Beets 

Beets contain betacyanin. Betacyanin is a pigment ranging from dark red to purple. Betacyanin has anticancer and tumor fighting effects. It is an effective antioxidant as well that increases the immunity.
Beet juice and beets have soluble fiber, so will help you to control your weight gain. 

Beets are full of folate. Folate is essential for pregnant women, since it can prevent birth defects and also promote brain development of unborn babies. 

Folate may also protects us against heart disease and cancer.
Beets may also prevent anemia since it can foster red blood cells due to it’s components iron and folic acid. 

It is a natural blood purifier, pushing toxins out of the blood.

Beets are full of nitrates. Many clinical studies have found that supplementing your diet with 2 cups of beet juice per day actually lowers your blood pressure. Besides lowering your blood pressure the nitrates found in beets enhance athletic performance by reducing your body’s need for oxygen during a workout.
Drinking 2 cups of beet juice before a workout is safer and healthier than taking caffeine and workout supplements. Workout supplements often have nitrite which is toxic at high levels.

You do like desserts. Right? It is really OK. Do not worry please! It is a pleasure and I would like you to know, that you can have that. But. It is important to go for healthy dessert. Why? What counts healthy when it come to desserts? 

Everything that is natural and whole, no extra simple sugar or artificial sweeteners added. 

Why simple sugar is so bad for you?

This happens when you eat desserts with simple sugar.

Simple sugar is a very important word combination to remember, because this is what you should avoid under any circumstances. Simple sugars are also called monosaccharides, like glucose = dextrose, fructose and galactose. Simple sugar is the bad sugar for you. It is the sugar that raises your blood sugar level up extremely quickly then your blood sugar level will fall back so deep down that you can hardly find it. Why is it so bad for you? Because it makes your body feel exhausted, tired. As soon as your sugar level drops really down, you will feel sad, depressed, stressed and wanting to have more of the simple sugar so you can feel normal again. This is a viscous circle you want to avoid. This leads to becoming a sugar addict. You do not want that. If you can, please avoid that and help your children to avoid it too. Since there is sugar in almost everything that is mass produced nowadays, you really have to watch out.
